State Intellectual Property Office of China has released the abstract. According to the abstract, "The invention relates to the technical field of construction measures for existing buildings, and discloses a large-area stress welding construction method for building transformation, which is used for welding a new bearing component on an existing stress bearing component which is a long-strip-shaped steel component with axial stress inside.
