An abstract released by the State Intellectual Property Office of China states: "The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing circulating pumps for sampling or purifying samples in high-precision gas or liquid analysis mostly adopt diaphragm pumps, but organic diaphragms in the diaphragm pumps are poor in sealing performance in the stretching and retracting process, and the organic diaphragms are easy to deflate to cause sample pollution; and meanwhile, the output of the diaphragm pump to the gas or the liquid is pulsed, so that the variable-volume low-leakage-rate circulating pump based on the multiple cavities is provided.
