1. Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, the Appellant has filed this appeal dated 13.12.2010 before the Commission against Delhi Police, North District, Delhi for not providing information to his RTI-request dated 30.8.2010, which came up for hearing on 11.04.2011. The Appellant was absent, whereas the Respondents were represented by Shri Surjeet Malik, ACP and Shri Ramavtar, SI.

2. The Appellant filed RTI-request dated 30.8.2010, seeking information on six RTI-queries regarding action taken report on his complaint against Shri Ashok Tyagi, SHO, PS Sarai Rohilla. The PIO vide letter No.3075/ID 1560/RTI Cell/North District dated 27.9.2010 has given point-wise reply to the Appellant.

3. Aggrieved by the decision of PIO, the Appellant filed first-appeal 25.10.2010 before FAA. The FAA vide order No. 862/Appeal/North District dated 16.11.2010 has decided Appellant''s first-appeal and upheld the decision of PIO.
