Sir,
I have to serve you with the following legal notice under instructions from and on behalf of my client(s)............, R/o.................:-

That my abovenamed client(s) got reserved the tickets Nos......................... dated................... of the AC Chair Car, for himself and his family members, at.............. Railway Station, Northern Railway, to go to................. Railway Station, Southern Railway by train number.............. (Name) on (Date).

That when my client(s) went to board the train they found that in the list of passengers providing information of the number of coupe, their names did not appear.

That my clients(s) brought the same fact to the notice of the Station Master Mr........................... but of no avail, as he said that he could not do anything.

That thereafter my clients had no option but to but to catch the train without any seat or the berth and had to travel standing all the way.

That my client(s) complained to the Station Master of the destination station i.e.,................. station and the whole of the inconvenience was explained to him. However to the utter dismay of my client(s), no response was given by him also except the irritating remarks.
