Judgment:

  1. This petition has been filed by the Petitioner, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for determination of transmission tariff for transmission system associated with Kathalguri Gas based Combined Cycle Project in North Eastern and Eastern Region for period from 1.4.2009 to 31.3.2014, based on the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the 2009 regulations).

  2. The representative of the Petitioner submitted that the rejoinder to the reply of Bihar State Electricity Board has been filed vide affidavit dated 18.5.2011. He further requested that the transmission tariff including additional capital expenditure of the transmission system be determined.

  3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) and Jharkahnd State Electricity Board (JSEB) submitted that JSEB adopts the reply filed by BSEB and the statement be recorded.

  4. The representative of the Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB) requested for adjournment of the petition by two weeks as the concerned officer...
