This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 30.04.2008 passed by the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh (in short, ''the State Commission'') in Appeal No. 522 of 2002 -- Nirmala Devi Vs. Punjab State Electricity Board & Anr. by which, appeal was dismissed and order of District Forum dismissing complaint was upheld against which, this revision petition has been filed.

  2. Brief facts of the case are that complainant/petitioner was subscriber of commercial electric connection of the OP/respondent.
