Ms. Rita Gupta of New Delhi has complained to the Central Information Commission that she received no reply/information from the Central Public Information Officer and the First Appellate Authority although she had filed her RTI-Application on 09-02-2012 and her First Appeal on 19-03-2012. A copy each of the RTI-Application, First Appeal and the complaint are enclosed for ready reference.
