Order:

  1. The Applicant had filed an application on 19.11.2010 seeking certain information under the RTI Act, 2005, The APIO/AR(NW) has given a proper reply on 13.12.2010 which has been forwarded to the Applicant on 15.12.2010 by SPIO(RTI). In view of the same, no further action is required. However, the APIO/AR(NW) may look into the genuine grievances of the Applicant sympathetically and dispose of the same as per DCS Act and Rules,

  2. The appeal is disposed of accordingly with the above observations.

  3. As per Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 the Appellant may file an appeal, if any, within 90 days of the issue of this order before the Second Appellate Authority i.e. Central Information Commission, Club Building, Opp. Ber Sarai Market, Old JNU Campus, New Delhi 110067.

There is an administrator of the Society who states that the records have not been maintained by the erstwhile managing committee of the society and hence the information sought is not on the records. The Appellant would like to inspect the records to see if he can locate the information that he is seeking.

  6. The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the Appellant on 01 May 2011 from 02.00 P.M. onwards at the office of the PIO. In case there...
