  1. In this matter Ms. Mariya Fatma, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.A.K.Rajaraman, the learned counsel representing Mr.R.Sathishkumar for the respondent are present today.

  2. In this matter M.P.Nos.284 to 286 of 2014 in ORA Nos.32 to 34 of 2011/TM/MUM are filed seeking for the relief of permission to withdraw the main rectification applications in ORA Nos.32 to 34 of 2011/TM/MUM filed by the applicant herein. The petitioner/applicant also filed an affidavit along with the petition and it is stated in paragraph 3 of the affidavit as hereunder:

The petitioner further submits that the petitioner has assigned trade marks listed in the attached Deed of Assignment and in view of the same the above mentioned Respondent is the legal and beneficial owner of the said trademarks.
