No. Per(AP-B)A(3)-2/2014.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following regulations further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1973 notified vide Notification No. 2-6/71-DP (Apptt.-II), dated 20-09-1973 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-Ordinary), dated 21 09-73, namely:--

1. Short title and commencement.-- (1) These regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) (Thirtieth Amendment) Regulations, 2017.

(2) These regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of SCHEDULE .-- In Schedule attached to the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1973, for the existing item No.8(i), the following shall be substituted, namely:--

"8(i) Process of selection and recommendations for making recruitment to all Class-III posts, except...
