The book review got published with the following errors. The errors are deeply
regretted.
(i) The year of publication (2009) was inadvertently mentioned twice in the
book details.
(ii) A few errors got published in the references: (1) In the first reference,
the article title was not mentioned in sentence case; (2) a few names in a
reference were in lower case; and (3) the page range details in all the
references were incorrect.
