Order:
Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that, as per his instructions, during the pendency of this Execution Appeal, the dispute, giving rise to the present proceedings, has since been amicably settled between the parties. A copy of the deed of compromise, dated 11.05.2017, setting out the terms and conditions of the compromise, has been placed before us. Learned Counsel prays that the Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said compromise.
In view of the above, as prayed, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the afore-noted compromise deed...
