It is observed from the record that the Petitioner herein had preferred to file this Petition aggrieved by the order dated 23.05.2016 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata. By the impugned order, the District Forum directed the Opposite Party to hand over vacant possession of the second Floor, Premises No.112, Regent Estate, Kolkata -- 92 measuring 1382 sq. ft. to the Complainant within one month from the date of the order failing which the Complainant was at liberty to execute the order through the Forum.
