This appeal is by the complainant, aggrieved by the order dated 19.5.2015, passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Indore in CC No. 710/11 dismissing his complaint. The brief facts of the case are that the appellant was the owner of a Bajaj Pulsar Motorcycle, which was insured with the respondent-Insurance Company. The Motorcycle was stolen on 16.11.2010.
