  1. Heard the learned Counsel Mr.CH.Sudhakar Babu for the Applicants and the learned Standing Counsel Mr.D.Madhava Reddy, who took notice on behalf of the Respondents.

  2. The applicants herein are seeking similar orders as passed in OA.Nos.1175/2004, 89, 246 and 563/2005 dated 9.4.2008, contending that the present applicants also stand on the same footing as that of the applicants in the above said OAs.

  3. The learned Counsel for the Respondents submitted that the earlier OAs were filed unit-wise along with the names of the applicants, whereas the present

    application is filed by Union without mentioning the Unit. The learned Counsel further submitted that as seen from the representation dated 22.12.2008, the Union has not submitted Unit-wise representations, and therefore, applicants' Union may be directed to submit representations Unit-wise so that the respondents may verify whether the applicants in that particular Unit stand on the same footing as that of the applicants in earlier batch of OAs.
