SEBI vide its order no WTM/TCN/151/IVD2/Jan/2009 dated January 14, 2009 in the matter of Valuenotes.com has restrained Shri Anirudh Sethi and Shri Kamal Dalal for a period of three months, respectively, and Chehar Securities and Shri Ajay Gupta for a period of one month, respectively, from accessing the securities market either directly or indirectly and also have prohibited them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, in any manner whatsoever.
