SEBI vide its consent order no.CO/ISD/1666/175/2009dated February 20, 2009 has disposed of proceedings (including adjudication proceedings) pending against the applicant - Kasam Holdings Private Limited (PAN -- AACCK3413C), in the matter of dealings in Futures and Options contracts, and has revoked its interim order dated June 18, 2007 in so far as it relates to the applicant.
