Will with Legacies, Residue to One Person

This is the last will and testament of me, Anil Kumar, of etc., I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will. This will be effective after my death and carried out to its terms.

(1) I appoint Chirag Desai of, etc., to be sole executor of my this will and the trustee of my estate.

(2) I direct that my said executor shall so soon as convenient after obtaining probate pay for discharge and satisfy all testamentary expenses and my just debts and liabilities.

(3) I accordingly leave, bequeath and give a sum of Rupees ......... to my grandson,Atul Kumarand my gold watch and the whole of my library with its use and enjoyment to my nephew, Nishant Kumar.

(4) Subject to the above specific legacies I give, leave and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate, movable and immovable, including future assets if any acquired by me hereafter absolutely and forever unto and to the use of my son Amit Kumar, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns.
