  1. The petitioner being aggrieved of the order dated 02-09-2015 of the State Commission, Punjab in First Appeal No.156 of 2014 has preferred this revision petition seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the State Commission. The relevant directions of the State Commission are reproduced as under:

    In view of the above, we accept the appeal. Impugned order is set aside. The complaint filed by the complainant is accepted with a direction to OP Nos.1, 2 and 5 to jointly and severally pay the treatment charges, which comes to Rs.23,245/- along with interest @9% p.a. from the date of repudiation till the date of actual payment. These OPs are further directed to pay Rs.10,000/- as compensation and Rs.5,000/- as litigation expenses, within 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.

  2. The revision petition has been field after the expiry of period of limitation of 90 days as provided under Regulation 14(1)(i) of the Consumer Protection Regulations, 2005 with a delay of 216 days. The petitioner has, therefore, moved an application for condonation of delay being I.A.No.6247 of 2016.
