Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.4.2017 passed by Principal Judge Judge Family Court, Chandauli in case No. 117 of 2013 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., police station Kotwali, district Chandauli whereby maintenance of Rs. 3000/- per month has been awarded to the opposite party No. 2 and Rs. 2500/- per month to the opposite party No.3 from the date of order and also to quash the proceedings of the aforesaid case.

Issue notice to the opposite part No.2 returnable within four weeks. Steps be taken within a week.

Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. The opposite party No. 2 may also file counter affidavit within the said period. As prayed by the learned counsel for the applicant two week thereafter is granted for filing rejoinder affidavit.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period before appropriate Court.

It is provided that in case the applicant deposits 50% of the total amount of arrears of maintenance...
