  1. Mr. M. Chanda, learned counsel submitted that applicant is to retire on 30.06.2017. According to the learned counsel, he has not been given 3rd MACP with the right grade pay. The learned counsel however, fairly submitted that in Establishment Order No. 85/2015 dated 17.04.2015 it has been mentioned that 3rd financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme has been awarded to the applicant from 01.01.2015 with GP Rs. 5400/- in PB-2. According to the applicant, the 3rd MACP as granted by the above order should be with GP Rs. 6600/- in PB-2.

  2. The learned counsel also supplied the copy of Establishment Order No. 66/2013 dated 24.05.2013 which is in pursuance of the DoP&Ts O.M. No. 35034/3/2008-Estt. (D) dated 19.05.2009. According to the learned counsel, the applicant has been assigned GP Rs. 4800/- in PB-2 from 01.09.2008.

  3. The learned counsel fairly made available the corrigendum No. II(24)1/ET/CCO/SH/2012 dated 10.10.2012 whereby the office Establishment Order No. 59/2011, dated 22.12.2011 has been revised with the instructions that the order should be read as -- Rs. 5400/- in PB-2-- instead of -- Rs. 4800/- in PB-2-- .

  4. The applicant has made several representations to the respondent authorities. The last one dated 10.01.2017 has been supplied with the O.A. at page 57. According to the learned counsel, the respondents...
