  1. Mr.B.Das, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant's name along with Smt. Mridusmita Acharjee were forwarded by the respondent no.3 to the respondent no.2 vid letter no.B-3/IC/Rule-38/2015 dated 20.02.2015 for inter circle transfer to Nalbari Barpeta Division of Assam Circle and Dharmanagar Division in N E Circle respectively. Learned counsel emphasized that in the said letter there is typographical error with regard to date of entry in the department. Applicant's date of entry has been shown wrongly as that of Smt. Mridusmita Acharjee and her date of entry has been typed against his name. In support of his contention, the learned counsel annexed with the OA the Gradation list of Postal Assistants in Arunachal Pradesh Division in the cadre of BCR, TBOP & PAs corrected upto 31.03.2015. Learned counsel submitted that because of above typographical error the request of Smt. Midusmita Acharjee for her inter division to Dharmanagar Division has been acceded to while the case of the applicant has been still pending in the office of the CPMG (Staff), N E Circle, Shillong (respondent no.2). The same is yet to be processed and sent to the CPMG (Staff), Assam Circle for their concurrence.

  2. Learned counsel also submitted that applicant has made representation on 07.06.2016 which has been annexed at page 48 of the OA but to no avail...
