  1. One of the contentions advanced by the counsel is that Petitioner is serving as Teacher and under the scheme of rationalization she was transferred vide order dt.20.06.2010 (Annx.1) to Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Bajaj Road, Sikar pursuant to which she joined and within short span of three months she has been further transferred from Bajaj Road to Ghod, Sikar vide order dt.30.09.2010 (Annx.3) only to accommodate Respondent-5 which cannot be said to be in the interest of administration. However, the appeal preferred has been dismissed by the learned Tribunal without examining the question which she raised in the for consideration.
