The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the entire proceeding of Criminal Complaint Case No. 75 of 2016 (Keshav Singh Vs. Smt. Neelam and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC, P.S. Kampil, District Farrukhabad, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Kayamganj, Farrukhabad as well as the summoning order dated 01.10.2016. Further prayer has been made to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid criminal complaint case.
