  1. M.A. No.060/00705/2017 as been filed praying for disposal of O.A. No.060/00252/2017, with a direction to decide legal notice dated 06.02.2017 of the applicant.

  2. Heard.

  3. Learned counsel for the applicant placed reliance on the various orders passed by this Court in similar matters.

  4. Issue notice to the respondents.

  5. Sh. K. K. Thakur, Advocate, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He, however, does not object to the disposal of this O.A. in the above terms.

  6. Considering no objection raised by learned counsel for the respondents coupled with the fact that applicant is seeking disposal of the O.A. in terms of order dated 13.08.2013 in O.A. No.793/PB/2012 titled Smt. Babli Devi & Anr. vs. Chandigarh Administration & Others and in the light of same various cases have been decided, wherein direction was issued to Chandigarh Administration to decide pending representation of the applicants therein in accordance with law. One such case has recently been decided vide order dated 07.02.2017 bearing O.A. No.060/00132/2017 titled Smt. Rani vs. U.T. Chandigarh and Ors., wherein also similar controversy was involved.

  7. Accordingly, the M.A. is allowed and the present O.A. is disposed of in the same terms as in O.A. No.060/00132/2017...
