The Commission has received a complaint petition dated 07.12.2012(Dy. No.186811 / 2012) from Shri Ravinder Kumar Sharma, Durgapuri, Delhi stating that he has received no information/reply from the concerned PIO in respect his RTI-applications of dated 28.09.2012, filed with the PIO, Dy. Commissioner, Shahadra(North) Zone, East Delhi Municipal Corporatio..A copy of the complaint is enclosed.
2 In exercise of powers vested under Section 18(1) of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, the Commission directs the Appellate Authority to enquire into the allegations made by the Complainant and to pass an appropriate order with a view to ensuring that the desired information is provided to the Complainant, at the earliest.
