1. The present appeal filed by Shri Pramod Kumar Singh against BCCL, Dhanbad was taken up for hearing on 27.06.2013 when the Respondents were present through Shri A.K. Sengupta, CGM (Washeries) and Dr. A.K. Singh, Sr. Manager (P). The Appellant, however, chose not to be present.

Facts of the case:

The Appellant filed his RTI application dated 07.09.2011 with the CPIO, BCCL, Dhandbad, seeking information against 5 points including copy of order regarding allotment of government accommodation to an outsider; copy of allotment order in respect of Smt. Rita Verma along with copy of receipt of payment of rent made by her; copy of allotment order in respect of Deputy S.P., residing in Coal Board Colony along with copy of receipt of payment of rent made by him; copy of allotment order in respect of house no. 11/9 in Coal Board Colony along with copy of receipt of payment of rent by allottee; copy of allotment order in respect of Shri A.K. Singh, who had retired in 2006. Information on whether Shri A.K. Singh is still residing in said accommodation and, if yes then provide details of rent paid by him.

2. The CPIO vide his letter dated 11.11.2011 furnished point-wise information to the Appellant after collecting it from its holders.

3. The Appellant, being dissatisfied with the information provided by the CPIO, filed his first appeal with the Appellate Authority on 07.02.2012

4. The Appellate Authority decided this appeal vide his order dated 05.03.2012 wherein he, while holding that information provided by the CPIO in respect of point 2 is in order, directed the CPIO to furnish relevant information in respect of point nos. 1, 3, 4 & 5 to the Appellant.
