  1. Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR 937/2017 dated 21.12.2017 registered at Police Station Binda Pur consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

  2. Notice issued.

  3. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel respondent no.2 and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, present petition is taken up for final disposal.

  4. The petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 got married on 29.11.2015 per Hindu rites and rituals. One child was born out of the wedlock

    Yug. Due to extreme incompatibilities between the petitioners respondent no.2, they started living separately from 24.06.2017.

  5. The petitioners and respondent no.2 with the intervention of well wishers and relatives entered into an amicable settlement settlement deed/memorandum of understanding dated 17.01.2019 settled all their disputes amicably.
