This matter was pending before the State Commission, Chandigarh and the State Commission has referred this matter to the National Commission vide order dated 14.10.2016 which is reproduced as under: -

Faced with the ratio of judgment passed by Hon''ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the case of Ambrish Kumar Shukla & 21 Ors. vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., consumer case No.97/2016, decided on 7.10.2016, a prayer has been made by the complainant and her counsel, to transfer this complaint to Hon''ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi for further adjudication.

To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the counsel for the opposite parties and Sh. Harpal Singh, Opposite party No.2, who is present in person.

Since the proceedings are at the final stage, to avoid inconvenience to the parties to complete the pleadings again, the prayer is granted.
