  1. The appellant has mainly approached this Tribunal for the following reliefs:

    In view of the facts and circumstances stated above and the submissions made herein, the Appellant prays that the Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to:

    (a) This Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to clarify that by virtue of the Order dated April 04, 2012 passed by this Hon'ble Tribunal in the matter of Manan and Prachi, the Impugned Order shall stand stayed qua the Appellant as well;

    (b) In the alternate, this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to stay the Impugned Order qua the Appellant;

    (c) This Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit.

    (d) grant urgent interim and ad interim reliefs as prayed for;

    (e) provide such other reliefs as may be warranted on...
