Vide the present petition, the petitioner seek quashing of FIR 291/2011 dated 01.10.2011 registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel respondent no.2 and respondent nos.3 to 7 and with the consent counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner and respondent no.2 got married on 02.02.2006 Hindu rites and rituals. Out of the said wedlock, one child namely, Aggarwal, was born. Due to extreme incompatibilities between petitioner and respondent no.2, they started living separately December, 2010.

The petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled all their amicably vide Settlement cum Agreement dated 23.10.2018, whereby petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of ₹25 lacs to respondent No. 2 all her claims. And apart from it, it has also been agreed upon by the parties that the petitioner shall have visitation rights to meet the baby,
Aggarwal, subject to a total of sixty days in a year with intimation/information to the respondent no.2.
