Sub: SEBI order in the matter of JVG Finance Limited.
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/KMA/NRO/IVD/225/02/2010 dated February 19, 2010 has restrained the following persons and entities, from accessing the securities market and prohibited them from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner either directly or indirectly for a period of two years. This order will come into force with immediate effect.
