No. F. 8(9)/2011/DAM/MR/229.-- In pursuance of the provisions of Sub-Section (7) of Section 118 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999), the following bye-laws made and adopted by the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Najafgarh, Delhi and confirmed by the Director are hereby notified as under:
