DEED OF PARTITION
THIS DEED OF PARTITION made at _______ this ___ day of _____, 2000, BETWEEN (1) ______________ residing at ____________-hereinafter referred to as " the Party of the First Part " (2) __________ residing at _________ hereinafter referred to as " the Party of the Second Part " and (3) __________ residing at ____________ hereinafter referred to as the Party of the Third Part" and reference to the parties hereto shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof mean and include their respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns;
WHEREAS
(i) The parties hereto constituted a Hindu Undivided family named as _____________ HUF of which the party of the First Part is the Karta.
(ii) The party of the Second Part is the wife of the Karta and the party of the Third Part is the son of the party of the First and second Parts;
(iii) The Parties hereto are desirous of effectuating a total partition of the said H.U.F. of which they are members;
(iv) The said H.U.F. is seized and possessed of the following assets:

Flat on the __th floor of the `__' Wing of the building known as ______ admeasuring ___ sq.ft., equivalent to ____________ sq.m, built up area together with the exclusive right to use terrace adjoining to the said flat and along with car parking space No. ______ on the West side of the said building situated at _________ hereinafter referred to as "the said flat" and more particularly described in the Second Schedule hereinunder written;

(v) The parties hereto have agreed to divide the assets and liabilities of the said H.U.F. between all the members as herein provided:-
