  1. This petition has been filed by Petitioner against interim order dated 28.10.2010 passed by Respondent Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, which has declined to stay operation of transfer order of Petitioner.

  2. Contention of learned Counsel for Petitioner is that Tribunal while admitting Petitioner's appeal, was wholly unjustified in not staying operation of transfer order. It is contended that Petitioner has been transferred even when he has been given duties in census operations.
