  3. Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR 353/2016 dated 08.03.2016 registered at Police Station Seema Puri consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

  4. Notice issued.

  5. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and with the of the counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for disposal.

  6. The petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 got married on 18.02.2014 per Hindu rites and rituals. One child was born out of the wedlock master Siddharth Pal. Due to extreme incompatibilities between petitioners and respondent no.2, they started living separately

    16.08.2015.

  7. The petitioner no1. and respondent no.2 with the intervention of their well wishers and relatives entered into an amicable settlement settlement deed dated 01.05.2019 and settled all their disputes amicably.

  8. The total settlement amount is ₹12,00,000/-(Rupees ( Twelve only). It is submitted that the respondent no. 2 has already received amount of ₹9 lacs (Rupees Nine Lacs only). A bankers cheque No.328247 dated 30.11.2019 for the balance amount of ₹3,00,000/- Three Lacs) is handed over to the respondent no. 2 today in the Court.
