  1. Vide order dated 01.12.2015, while directing the Registry to another copy of the file alongwith a copy of the decree sheet for transferred to the Senior Civil Judge, Bombay City Civil Court, by post, the postal authorities were directed to furnish the relevant with regard to the fate of the said article. The said order was passed of the submission made by the counsel for the Decree Holder that relevant records did not reach the Bombay Civil Court.

  2. It has been recorded in the order dated 11.02.2016 that the Superintendent of Post Offices, Central Division, Delhi, had appeared handed over a letter dated 21.01.2016 alongwith the delivery slip, revealed that the article in question had been delivered to the addressee

    17.07.2015. The said letter was taken on record. As none was present

    behalf of the Decree Holder on the said date, the matter was adjourned today.
