Maharashtra Public Services Commission (Exemption from Consultation) (Amendment), Regulations, 2017
No. MPSC. 1017/C.R. 67/17/VIII.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governnor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following regulations further to amend the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1965 namely:--
1. These Regulation may be called the Maharashtra Public Services Commission (Exemption from Consultation) (Amendment), Regulations, 2017.
2. In the Schedule appended to the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1965, in entry 33-Z clause (b), the words and figures "...
