  1. Heard the both the sides.

  2. The learned counsel for the applicants contends that the applicants are the children of the deceased employee. They also contend that the fourth respondent, the mother of the applicants was missing for several years and all of a sudden, she appeared before the respondent-department and claimed disbursement of pension and other retirement benefits.

  3. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that respondent No.4 is not maintaining the applicants and they are not taking care of the applicants. It is further contended that if gratuity, PF and other retiral benefits are disbursed to respondent No.4, the applicants will not get anything.
