  1. Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek directions quashing the FIR No. 224/2010 registered at Police Station – Uttam and its consequential proceedings.

  2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 26.09.2019, the petitioner amount of ₹10,000/- in cash to the complainant, who was present in alongwith her father – Mr. Faghfur Ali.

  3. On the said date, the petitioner had agreed to pay an amount ₹20,000/- on the next date of hearing. Vide order dated complainant who was present on that day stated that her father will come on
