By this Miscellaneous Application, appellant seeks condonation of two days delay in filing the appeal. For reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. Miscellaneous Application is disposed of accordingly.

Appeal No. 57 of 2014

  1. This appeal is filed to challenge adjudication order passed by the Adjudicating Officer ("AO" for short) of Securities and Exchange Board of India) ("SEBI" for short) on 31 December, 2013, whereby penalty of ` 10 lacs has been imposed upon the appellant under Section 15HA of Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ("SEBI Act, 1992" for short).
