The applicant, Gurunath, filed Writ Petition No. 84059 of 2009 in the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Circuit Bench, Gulbarga for the disability pension, which has been received in this Bench under Section 34 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act and is registered as T.A. No. 1 of 2014.
The applicant was enrolled in the Indian Army on 29th December, 1981 and was discharged from service with effect from 1st April 1988 on his own request on compassionate grounds.
