  3. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of No.558/2013 dated 18.12.2013 registered at Police Station Ghazipur consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

  4. Notice issued.

  5. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel respondent no.2 and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, present petition is taken up for final disposal.

  6. The petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 got married on 22.12.2008 per Hindu rites and rituals. Two children were born out of the namely Harsh and Akshita. Due to extreme incompatibilities between petitioners and respondent no.2, they started living separately

    07.09.2012.

  7. The petitioner and respondent no.2 with the intervention of their well wishers and relatives entered into an amicable settlement by mutual consent. They had started living together as husband and wife happily and settled their disputes amicably.

  8. The complainant is present in person with her counsel and has identified by ASI Shivom of Police Station Ghazipur and submits that matter has been settled and she does not wish to prosecute...
