Heard the learned counsel for the appellant Dhirendra Prasad Singh on the petition praying therein for setting aside the execution of warrant of arrest issued against the appellant by the order dated 06-12-2010 in Consumer Complaint No. 619/1994-95 as also setting aside the further proceeding in the aforesaid case.

We have examined the relevant order dated 06-12-2010, which seems to have been passed by the District Certificate Officer, Muzaffarpur in a certificate proceeding drawn at the instance of State Bank of India, Muzaffarpur against this petitioner-appellant Dhirendra Prasad Singh bearing No. 619/94-95, which is not related with the execution proceeding of the impugned order passed by the learned District Forum, Muzaffarpur in Consumer Complaint No. 358/94 dated 22-02-2010.

The order under challenge in this appeal is the order passed by the District Forum, Muzaffarpur. Of course, the appellant, Dhirendra Prasad Singh happens to be the complainant in the aforesaid complaint...
