We are instructed by our client,Chirag Desaiof, etc., to write to you as follows:

Our client is a co-sharer with you in respect of the above property (or properties) which he desired to have partitioned by metes and bounds and approached you for that purposes on several occasions, but you put off the same on one pretext or another.

We, therefore, call upon you to have the said property (or properties) partitioned forthwith and on hearing from you we shall send you the draft deed of partition for your approval and return.
