By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order transferring him from Laxman Nagar to Bamanu.
There is an alternative efficacious remedy of appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal and without exhausting the statutory remedy of appeal, the instant writ petition has been filed which is not maintainable.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file an appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal within 15 days from today and for a period of 15 days the order transferring the petitioner may not be executed.
