Codicil Substituting New Executor for Deceased One

This is a codicil to the last will and testament made and published by me, Ashish Bhatt of, etc., on the ……… day of ………2000.

Whereas in my said will I had appointed Chirag Desai of, etc., to be one of the executors and trustees thereof. And whereas the said Chirag Desai having died, on the day or lately (if the date of death is not known), I am desirous of substituting Ehsaan Loy of, etc., as the executor and trustee of my said will in the place and instead of the said Chirag Desai. Now by this codicil I revoke the appointment of the said Chirag Desai and I do appoint Ehsaan Loy to be one of the executors and trustees of my said will in the place of the said Chirag Desai deceased, and I do hereby and hereunder declare that my said will shall be read interpreted and construed and understood throughout as if the name of the said Ehsaan Loy had been inserted in my said will instead of the name of Chirag Desai save as...
