BJP working to resolve issues ahead of 2022 assembly polls: Kashyap

Talking to the media, Kashyap said the party was working to create history in 2022 assembly polls by repeating the BJP government in the state and action will be taken as required to resolve issues within the party organization.

"The state BJP unit will soon hold a meeting to discuss issues faced in the bypolls in which state in-charge, co-in charge, and other party office bearers will participate.

We will take guidance from BJP national chief JP Nadda, former CMs Shanta Kumar, Prem Kumar Dhumal, Union minister Anurag Thakur to sort out various issues and fight assembly elections unitedly," he added.

Replying to a query on changes in the government or party organization after the poll debacle, he stated that it was the prerogative of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while the changes in the organization will be made as per the discussions in the review meeting for by-polls.
