  1. This public interest litigation has been preferred for

    following prayers:-

    1. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ/directions to the Respondents to shift the protestors from Mandi House Periphery to other suitable place immediately and

    2. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other

      Writ/directions to the Respondents to open the Sikandra Road (One-way from ITO to Mandi

      House Periphery) and Bhagwan Dass Road (Two-way from red light on Tilak Marg to Mandi House Periphery) for public traffic immediately.

    3. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ/ directions to Respondents to not permit/allow use of a public road for a protest and d) Issue further necessary directions/guidelines to the respondents to deal with such situations in future and for fixing the liabilities of the wrongdoers/illegal protestors/authorities as deem necessary by this Hon’ble Court.”
