By this petition for writ a challenge is given to the order dated 06th November, 2008 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal rejecting an appeal preferred by the petitioner, giving challenge to the order of transfer dated 04th October, 2008 whereby he was transferred from office of the Additional District Education Officer, Secondary Education to the Government Senior Secondary School, Dungra Chhota (Banswara). While assailing validity of the order impugned, contention advanced is that the Tribunal failed to appreciate that the petitioner was subjected to transfer within short tenure of 14 months.
